The size of the cryo-EM density map should be less than 300M, and the resolution should be
provided. Currently, our file type mode supports 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit.
The older MRC format (pre-2000) and unconventional one cannot be identified by our program.
In addition, the segmented map is helpful to improve accuracy and reduce the processing time.
You can try to segement the map using
UCSF Chimera. DEMO-EM can also construct the structure if you cannot segement the map.
