Hi, I have been having problems creating dimers out of the monomer models I recieve from I-Tasser because the sequences are all identified as chain A. As such when I create dimers in Pymol by alignment (albeit crudely) and resave the dimers, the dimer is not properly saved and the seueces mesh as both have Chain A identifiers. How can I solve this problem. Thanks.
