How can I run I-TASSER in a hybrid cluster that uses mainly GPUs?
Is there something I can edit/modify/append in the main script?
Should I re-compile the binaries for parallelization?
I have 8 GPUs available for High Computing Performance but I don't know how to tell all of the GPUs to work with the I-TASSER package.
