When I'm running the I-TASSER in local computer, I use the command line as below.
D:\I-TASSER\I-TASSERmod/runI-TASSER.pl -libdir D:\I-TASSER\I-TASSER -seqname 40S -datadir D:\40S.fasta -usrname hp
It displayed that "The syntax of the command is incorrect. cannot make temporary directory" What can I modify the command line? And can I run several protein sequences at one time? If possible, how? Thanks!
