Once I-TASSER gives the results, the ligand binding sites are also predicted on the predicted structure. The recent publication (Nature protocols, 2010) says that "the best identified ligand-binding site in the predicted structure, shown as a GIF image at the bottom of the result page". My query is whether the structure shown is the one with the high C-Score among the five models predicted? In other words, which model is shown in the GIF image?
