Hi,
I've recently downloaded and installed ITasser suite and all of the required packages.
Now I want to perform my structure prediction specifying a particular pdb (present in the pdb database) as template, like I've used to do with the online version of Itasser using the "Specify template without alignment" option.
Reading in the forum it seems that the stand-alone versione of Itasser miss some optional functions compared to the online version. So, is it possible to specify a particular pdb template an how? or is this option completly missing?
