Regarding the ResPRE paper, I have some questions. Hope to get your answer. Thank you very much!
1. What is the meaning of "L/10 L/5 L/2 L" in Table 2? How are they calculated?
Here, L refers to the protein length. So for a protein with 100 residues, the top L/10 contacts would be the top 100/10=10 contacts, where the contacts are sorted by their probability.
