My job ID is S739900 kindly check this please. Also I tried D-I-Tasser and C-I-Tasser but they say sequence too long maximum residue size is 750 my protein sequence is of 933 residues.

I cannot find any portal other than this one on the website where i submitted sequence. I again submitted sequence and again I am getting wrong protein model. Kindly guide me what shall I do.

I have submitted a protein sequence for protein modelling, job id S734693. The structure I get is wrong as beta sheets and alpha helices have switched places in model 1.
