Hello,
I submitted a D-I-TASSER Job on 13/01/24 (JobID: DIT4603) and the status is still pending.
I was wondering if it would be possible to obtain an estimate for when the job would be completed, as I may have to use an alternate model if it takes longer than another day.
Thank you!

Re: Runtime Question
Dear user,
Sorry for the lateness, our server recently has had many submissions, so the job pending is longer than usual, based on my checking, your job is running, and it may take another 2-3 days to complete. Thank you.
Best Regards

You can contact ZhangGroup Support by inquiring about the status of your D-I-TASSER job (JobID: DIT4603), which has been pending since 13/01/24. Request an estimate for the job's completion time, as you may need to use an alternate model if it takes longer than a day.PJGoodman wrote: ↑Thu Jan 18, 2024 12:59 pm Hello,

Re: Runtime Question
I understand your concern about the pending status of your D-I-TASSER job. Delays can happen due to high server load or other factors. It might be helpful to check the estimated processing times on the platform or reach out directly to the support team for a more accurate update. If time is critical, considering an alternative model is a wise choice. Good luck!PJGoodman wrote: ↑Thu Jan 18, 2024 12:59 pm Hello,
