You cannot directly convert from GIF (just an image) to PDB because GIF does not contain 3D data but is only an animation. You need a 3D structure data file (usually PDB or mmCIF) provided by the prediction service.

Hi! If you’ve received the protein structure in GIF format, that’s just an image or animation—not an actual 3D structure file. To get the structure in PDB format, you’ll need the original structure data (not just the image). You can:
Ask the sender to provide the PDB file directly.
If you have the protein sequence, you can use tools like AlphaFold, Swiss-Model, or I-TASSER to predict and download the 3D structure in PDB format.
Let me know if you need help with any of those tools!
