Hello I Tasser Team
I require are 2 protein 3D structure having residues between 1600 AA to 1650 AA the fasta file . It would be very helpful. I'm a student and require these structure to complete my final year research project.
Thanks for your consideration

I'm sorry, I don't quite follow you.You mean you need to predict the structure of the two proteins with sequence length between 1600 and 1650?

Could you send me your fasta file? I will try to modeling them using our new developed server for multi-domain protein structure prediction. The server is still under test.

Hi Koukab,
I understand your need for the 3D structures of the proteins. Have you tried reaching out to other databases or resources like PDB or AlphaFold? They might have the information you need. Good luck with your research project!
