I have submitted a job in I-TASSER on Aug 27, and 7 days have lapsed yet the job is still running. Can you check if there was an error that occurred (as what happened with other users) or the job is still indeed running.

The job is terminated due to running out of computational resources. We are trying to solve the problem.

Is the problem already solved?

If I run another job using the same amino acid sequence, will it result in another job termination?
