Need help in my protein structure modelling

Post by Suddoo »

Hi I-Tasser adviser,

I posted my protein seqeunce since yesterday, the results that I'm obtained especially the C-score is <-1.5 (Eg. -4.5). So I guess that my protein structure model is not realiable. (https://zhanggroup.org/I-TASSER/output/S638613/) IDS638613 for reference.
However I took the protein seqeunce from NCBI CDS seqeunce of Yellow Head Virus (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/120564522/). The CDS protein sequence provided by NCBI should be very reliable and yet the prediction of I-Tasser for the protein structure is having a very low C-score. It is not acceptable for publication purpose. Please help and give me advice on this. Thank you in advance

You can try to use our I-TASSER improved versions, which integrate deep-learning predicted spatial restraints.
