Has anyone had a problem with unzipping the "result.tar.bz2" file from CoFactor?

I have the WinZip 27 Pro software and it says that the file cannot be opened because it is not a valid archive file. I have performed all or the possible ways to try and open this file but nothing works. I have asked Zhang Labs check out the file for any coruption, but they suggested I post this to the Zhang Forum to find an answer...

Thank you in advance for any help in resolving this matter...

Dear user,

We have download your results *.bz2 from https://zhanggroup.org/COFACTOR/output/MCF12412/ and https://zhanggroup.org/COFACTOR/output/MCF12405/. It seems no problem when we uncompress the data. Please see if your compress/uncompress software has any issues dealing with the bz2 file. Thank you.

Okay... However, I can uncompress other result.tar.bz2 files that I have, but for some reason this one will not uncompress/unZip.

I have uninstalled WinZip 27 Pro and reinstalled it and WinZip three times and it still says... 'Cannot open file 'result.tar.bz2'. It does notappear to be a valid archive. I have re-downloaded the 'result.tar.bz2' file six times and WinZip says the same thing. Is there anyway that you can send it in a different Zip File?
