How to explain the predicted 3D structures

Dear Sir,
I have two results with id: S625810 and S626035, but I do not how to explain the differences between 2 results. Please tell me how to explain.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Would you be able to provide some more information on what you mean? It looks like the two sequences are different and produce different modeling results, although they share several regions with high similarity as the sequences are similar.

Dear Sir
the main difference between cps20C and cps4C is the additional 35 amino acids found in C-terminus of cps20C. With me, it is difficult to show the differences in the 3D structures.
