Below is the log of my run on the I-TASSER standalone package:

run 14 serial simulations
run simulation job 1 / 14
sh: /usr/bin/bzip2: No such file or directory
We do have bzip2; it's in /bin/bzip2 not /usr/bin/bzip2. How do I specify that path for I-TASSER?
