Hi I-TASSER Admins:
I'd like to know if the template library used by I-TASSER for homology modeling contains any recent GPCR crystal structures (published in recent years: 2011-2012). For example, there are H1, M2, M3, S1P1, KOR, MOR, DOR, NOR crystal structures published in 2011-2012.
How updated is the template library (up to which year pdb data included)?
