I-TASSER v1.1
Any time I run the SSSc generated during runI-TASSER.pl, I get a "division by zero" error due to an empty rst.dat file. If I run the script on its own, and then go to the temporary directory and execute ./zalign, it gives me:
can not handle sec 1 30000
This happens for every protein I try to run.
I noticed that in the runI-TASSER.pl script, it only requires that 4 of the threading runs actually finish, so is it customary for SSSc to exit with this error?
