Hello!
My first problem:
I installed I-Tasser standalone verion on my computer, but during prediction run I received message "Segmentation fault". This message
appeared after psiblast run, psipred run can't started and the process died. What should I do? My computer is 64 bit machine with 8GB RAM and
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS operating system.
The second problem:
In 'runI-TASSER.pl' I saw, that this script makes use of 'weights.dat4' file from '$libdir/bin/psipred/data' folder. I downloaded the latest version of pspired, but after decompressed this package to '$libdir/bin/psipred' folder and installed psipred, I haven't 'weights.dat4' file. Is this file critical for I-Tasser run, and if the answer is yes, where form should I obtain this file.
