We just fixed the problem with the FG-MD server. I have resubmitted your job. You will receive the email when it is complete.

I did not find your job on the BSP-SLIM server. It may be cleared as we only save the data for one month before. Please try to resubmit it and send me the new job id. I will keep track of the job.

I just checked your job and found it was submitted on Aug 8, 2021. But I did not find the data of your job now. I think it may be cleaned as our system is set to save all data for one month before.

This is because you are using a old script. Please change the line 102 to "system("wget -o log -c http://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/library/nr.tar.gz") == 0 or die "System call failed: $!"; ".

Could you provide the job id and email address?

Sorry! STRUM temporarily is not working now due to the data losing caused by the last system broken. 

The job is terminated due to running out of computational resources. We are trying to solve the problem.
