STRUM-ITASSER error code local run

Hello everyone, I was trying to run a stability prediction but I get this error message after the LOMETs end running:

LOMETS is running......
hhblits is running......
cp: cannot stat '/tmp/STlinfo/GH1220890911/seq.hhr': No such file or directory
SIFT is running......
cp: cannot stat '/tmp/STlinfo/GH1220890911/seq2.txt.query.out': No such file or directory
get the secondary structure......
get SA, phi and psi......
seq.exp.sa is given by get_SA_phi_psi.pl
seq.svr.phi and seq.svr.psi are given by get_SA_phi_psi.pl
get weighted average BLUSUM......
seq_wt.we is given by WBLUSUM_wt.pl
seq_mt.we is given by WBLUSUM_mt.pl
Preparing Strucutres for model-based features......
we did not get wild structure through SCWRL......

I hope someone could help me with this problem; best regarts.
