Dear Xiaogen
I have nr file in the nr folder but I did not have the uniclust30_2017_04 file in the uniclust30_2017_04 folder(figure 4). The volume of this folder is 68.6 GB(figure 16). also, I change the path in lines 32-35 in runDistPre.pl. file too(Figure 17).

DEMO uses CPU for running.
