COACH job submission error

When I try to submit a job on the COACH server, I get the following error:

"ERROR
You have 1 jobs already submitted and which are pending/running. Due to limited computational resource we can currently allow only 1 jobs per user.

Please do not submit new jobs until your pending jobs are finished. This is for the purpose to use our limited computing resource to serve more users. Thanks for your understanding and using the COACH server. "

I have not submitted a job to the COACH server for a couple months, and I could not figure out how to access my job queue/list to cancel the pending/running job.

What can I do to regain access to your awesome tool? Thank you very much, I appreciate your help and hard work!

It has been a while since I last submitted a job so I do not have a submission ID anymore.

I tried to submit a job today and got a similar error saying I already have a job submitted.
