Unable to submit jobs in C-QUARK

Hi,

I am unable to submit jobs in C-QUARK, where the server throws the below error, though I haven't submit a job using this email ID for the last couple of months

ERROR! There is already one pending job submitted from
acn39 @ cam. ac. uk
Please wait until the job has been finished before submitting another.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
