Email Notification of results, only processing page visible

Hello,

I submitted my job S614580 on I-TASSER on 5-9-2021 and received an email notification indicating the results were available on the same day. However, when I click the link, I am taken to the processing page. I have refreshed the browser as well as cleared my browser cache multiple times but the results page still shows that the job is processing. I also attempted to resubmit the same sequence but was directed back to the same processing/results page. Should I just wait for the results to eventually show?

Sorry! There is a problem of the result page generation. I have attached the top five models due to the filesize limitation. Please let us know if you need other results.
