GPCR-AIM
is an ab initio approach of predicting three-dimensional structures of GPCRs. GPCR-AIM introduces a complete
ab initio approach without any homology templates or fragments. GPCR-AIM includes a four-stage protocol, 2D helix topology optimization stage, 3D helix topology optimization stage, full-length optimization stage and refinement stage.

More about the server ...).
Note: This server is only for modeling GPCRs with seven alpha-helix. For non-seven alpha-helix GPCR
sequences, please submit the sequences to the template-based predictor
GPCR-I-TASSER Server. For non-GPCR
sequences, please submit the sequences to the
I-TASSER Server.
If your sequence is a human GPCR, you can quickly retreive the model
results from the
GPCR-HGmod database.
All experimentally solved GPCRs can be found in the
GPCR-EXP database.
