After completing the registration form, a confirmation email containing your password will be sent to you shortly. This registration is required to submit and manage jobs on the I-TASSER/D-I-TASSER servers. Please note that this registration is only for the I-TASSER/D-I-TASSER web servers. If you wish to download the I-TASSER software package, a separate registration is required.

Important: We often receive reports that users did not receive the confirmation email. Since our system sends these emails automatically, they are sometimes mistakenly filtered into spam or junk folders. Please check those folders if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox shortly after submission. If you still haven’t received the email one hour after successfully submitting your registration and checking your spam/junk folders, please contact us at zhanglab@zhanggroup.org, we will resend your registration information manually. Be sure to include the exact email address you used for registration — without it, we cannot retrieve your registration record.

Why do we require registration? The I-TASSER-based servers have seen rapidly growing popularity within the scientific community in recent years, and we are grateful for the continued support from our users. However, with this increased usage, we have also encountered instances of misuse — including repeated submissions from fake email addresses and spoofed IPs. Such abuse places unnecessary load on our servers and negatively impacts service availability for legitimate users. To address this issue, we now require registration with a valid institutional email address. This helps us ensure responsible use of the service and allows us to prioritize and maintain high-quality support for genuine academic users.

Note: These servers are intended for academic research use only. The system therefore does not accept registrations from free or commercial email domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
